We’re hiring a Lead Data Scientist to drive data-driven decisions for our mobile products across Europe, focusing on advertising monetization, revenue optimization, and ad analytics. The role involves leading a team of data scientists, developing recommendation and personalization systems, building predictive models, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. Required skills include advanced Python, SQL, machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, applied statistics, large-scale data handling, MLOps, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. The candidate should also have experience with mobile advertising SDKs like AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, and familiarity with LLMs & GenAI.

- 5+ years of Data Science experience, ideally in consumer mobile products
- Strong background in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or ad analytics
- Experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics
- Experience working with large-scale behavioral datasets
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Data Science teams
- Native Russian speaker
