TechHive is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead delivery across identity and access management, endpoints, data and applications, collaboration platforms and service transition. The role involves managing complex cloud migration, IT transformation, infrastructure or service transition projects, with delivery managed through Jira and ServiceNow. The candidate will create clarity, align stakeholders, drive tangible business outcomes, and facilitate workshops and governance forums. Responsibilities include leading transformation and migration projects, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance records, stakeholder reporting, resolving risks and blockers, and translating technical discussions into business language. The position is full‑time, remote, B2B, with working hours 9 AM–6 PM CET and starts ASAP. The role requires strong delivery planning, governance, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, reporting, documentation, technical aptitude, and a proactive, outcome‑focused approach.

- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, reporting and documentation skills;
- Proactive, outcome-focused approach with strong ownership, problem-solving and follow-through;
- Highly organized, structured and resilient, with a collaborative leadership style.
