Senior IT Sales Manager responsible for full-cycle sales of IT outsourcing and custom software development services, focusing on complex code modernization and language migration. The role involves working closely with prospects, running discovery calls, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals. You will collaborate with the delivery team throughout the sales process, ensuring alignment between client requirements and technical solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of software development services, especially legacy modernization, migration, and complex refactoring projects, and the ability to discuss technical topics confidently with clients and engineers. You will manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to close, leveraging your knowledge of IT service financial models, including Fixed Price and Time & Materials. The role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere except Russia and Belarus, with a B2B contract structure.
Что мы ждём от кандидата
- 3+ years experience in selling IT outsourcing or custom software development services
- Experience with Legacy Modernization, migration, or complex refactoring projects
- Proven track record of navigating complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Procurement) with mid-to-high average contract values
- Strong technical literacy to grasp legacy vs. modern tech stacks and translate client requirements into commercial opportunities
- Solid understanding of IT service financial models, including Fixed Price and Time & Materials
- Managed the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Speak English and Russian fluently
