Что предстоит делать
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analysis Tech Lead who will combine active project work with ownership of BA standards, processes, and team practices. This is not a traditional management role. You will continue working as a practising Business Analyst: leading discovery, preparing specifications, aligning solutions with stakeholders and engineering teams, and personally handling cases that other analysts cannot resolve independently.

- Strong hands-on experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in software or product development
- Proven ability to lead complex discovery and requirements processes from initial need to implementation-ready specification
- Experience resolving difficult stakeholder, customer, and cross-team disagreements
