Senior Staff Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer
Что предстоит делать
We are building a modern fintech payments platform that combines traditional payment rails with crypto infrastructure, covering real‑time processing, settlement, reconciliation, and wallet services. The role is for a Senior Staff Full‑Stack TypeScript Engineer who will work remotely (full‑time B2B contract) and will be based in Kraków or other locations in Poland. Responsibilities include daily coding in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL/Apollo, architectural decisions and end‑to‑end technical ownership, leading technical direction for teams of 5–15 engineers (architecture, code reviews, mentoring), and hands‑on IC role with daily coding and architectural decisions. Required skills are Russian C1, English B2, 8+ years of production TypeScript/JavaScript experience across frontend and backend, deep React and GraphQL expertise (Apollo Server/Client), strong hands‑on experience building and operating AWS serverless systems, NoSQL at scale (DynamoDB or similar) alongside PostgreSQL, experience leading technical direction for teams of 5–15 engineers, and proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools, including 1+ year of experience with Anthropic Claude. Nice to have: payments/fintech experience (settlement, PCI compliance, ledger systems, fee models).
