On The Spot, a U.S.-based B2B technology company, is building an AI-powered skills assessment and workforce development platform that helps enterprises evaluate employee skills, identify gaps, and support hiring and development. They are looking for a Security Operations Specialist to strengthen their security posture. The role involves monitoring security events, managing vulnerabilities, coordinating penetration tests, and ensuring compliance with industry frameworks such as SOC 2 and NIST. The specialist will work independently in a lean team, prioritize tasks, and deliver results. The position is remote, based in Poland, with a 6‑month contract and working hours until 10 PM CET.
