An HR‑tech startup is building an AI‑powered platform that helps people automate their job search, from finding relevant roles to preparing applications. We are looking for a Senior Backend & AI Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and maintain the core backend services that power AI agents, LLM workflows, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. The role involves building scalable APIs, integrating vector search engines such as Qdrant, optimizing latency for LLM streaming and database queries, and ensuring data integrity with PostgreSQL and ORM tools. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into robust, production‑ready code, while also contributing to the architecture of AI orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and LangMem. Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) are required to work with international teammates and to document solutions.

- 5+ years of experience in back-end development with Python.
- Proven hands‑on experience building AI agents, orchestrating complex LLM workflows, and deploying RAG pipelines.
- Experience with advanced AI orchestration and memory management frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangMem).
- Experience with Vector Search Engines (such as Qdrant) for high-performance data retrieval and artifact management.
- Experience with latency optimization for LLM streaming and database queries.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience working with Object‑Relational Mappers (ORMs).
- Strong English (B2 or higher).
