Business Analyst (IoT)
Что предстоит делать
We’re hiring a Business Analyst (IoT) at SumatoSoft for a project-based role. The project is an IoT platform that powers smart private workspaces in airports and hotels. Guests book a space via a mobile app, gain access, control lighting and climate by voice or touch, and order food and drinks. The platform relies on a mobile app, a voice AI assistant, payment processing, edge devices and hardware from multiple vendors.
As a Business Analyst you will join an ongoing project and work closely with hardware vendors and the client’s teams. Your responsibilities include specifying device integrations, reviewing client requests against the contract, and handling change requests with facts and documents. You will also support the project’s scope and priorities discussions, negotiate with stakeholders, and use AI tools to document requirements and perform analysis.
The role is remote, with one client meeting in Warsaw per month (travel covered). The contract is B2B. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, hands‑on experience on IoT projects, regular use of AI tools in BA work, experience on fixed‑price projects, experience working with hardware vendors, strong negotiation skills, and English at B2+ level. Poland and EU are preferred, but other locations are considered if the candidate can work EU hours.
