Что предстоит делать
Elinext, an international software development company with 25+ years of experience, is seeking an AI Engineer to join a long‑term project focused on building AI‑powered software solutions for law firms and legal departments. The product centers on end‑to‑end automation of legal workflows, including client onboarding, document analysis, intelligent workflow automation, preparation of legal content and final pleadings, and integration of AI into complex legal processes. The role combines AI engineering, LLM applications, full‑stack development, workflow automation, and cloud technologies. Responsibilities include developing AI‑based software solutions for the legal sector, automating complex legal workflows end‑to‑end, building intelligent workflows and multi‑agent systems, developing production‑ready full‑stack applications, integrating LLM APIs and modern AI services into software products, working with backend APIs and modern web technologies, bringing new features directly into real‑world production use cases, participating in technical decision‑making from an early stage, and working closely with the founders to take ownership of implementation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field, has German B2+ proficiency, and possesses software development experience, including commercial or strong personal projects. Full‑stack development experience with modern web technologies and experience working with backend APIs are required, along with strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving skills, quick learning ability, a hands‑on mindset, and a genuine interest in modern AI technologies and production AI systems. Nice to have experience includes LLM‑based applications, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), multi‑agent systems, prompt engineering, cloud environments and services, and experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production.
