Business Analyst – Hotel Management System (HMS)
Что предстоит делать
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS). Responsibilities include designing business processes, workflows, and system requirements for an HMS platform, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, analyzing hotel operations and translating business needs into software solutions, and developing clear functional specifications and documentation. Requirements include hands‑on experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS), strong understanding of hotel operations such as reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing, reporting, etc., experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), strong English communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams. Working conditions: rate $8–10 per hour, fully remote, full‑time Monday–Friday EST business hours, contract‑based employment, holidays and days off negotiable, international English‑speaking environment. Candidates currently based in Russia are not considered.
