Что предстоит делать
We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join a product team building scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered integrations. The role involves designing and developing RESTful APIs with FastAPI, optimizing PostgreSQL schemas, writing unit and integration tests, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. You will containerize services using Docker and Kubernetes, implement authentication and secure coding practices, and integrate AI capabilities using MCP. Collaboration with frontend developers and product teams is essential. The company, HaaS Platform, offers a full-time on-site position in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with official employment under local labor legislation.

Что мы ждём от кандидата
- 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development
- Strong knowledge of Python and FastAPI
- Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, indexing, and migrations
- Experience with pytest, unit and integration testing, and TDD principles
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of REST API design principles and application security
- Git and collaborative development practices
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with MCP and AI tool/agent integrations
- Async Python (asyncio, async SQLAlchemy)
- SQLAlchemy and Alembic
- Message brokers and queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Caching solutions (Redis, Memcached)
