Что предстоит делать
We are a remote FinTech SaaS company looking for a TechOps SAAS Engineer to join our global team. The role focuses on ensuring uptime and reliability of our platform by monitoring, troubleshooting, and automating operational tasks. You will work with Grafana, Datadog, and Python scripts to build dashboards, set alerts, and resolve customer issues via helpdesk and Slack. Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT will help accelerate root‑cause analysis and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in TechOps or Technical Support, strong knowledge of distributed systems, and excellent English (C1+).

Что мы ждём от кандидата
- Strong daily experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Hands‑on with Grafana/Datadog (building dashboards & alerts)
- Python scripting + solid understanding of distributed systems
- 2+ years in TechOps/Technical Support (FinTech/Forex/Crypto is a plus)
- Excellent English (C1+)
