Elmosoft, a fintech technology company, seeks a Mobile Software Developer (React Native) to join its Minsk office. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑load mobile applications for an internationally recognized multi‑asset broker. Candidates will work on both mid‑level and senior responsibilities, including developing reusable UI components, integrating native modules in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, implementing automated tests with Detox, Appium, and Jest, and optimizing performance and scalability. The team collaborates closely with product, design, backend, and QA to define requirements, conduct code reviews, and drive CI/CD pipeline improvements. The position offers a hybrid work model, competitive USD salary, and opportunities for mentorship and architectural ownership.
Что мы ждём от кандидата
- 3–5 years (Mid) / 5+ years (Senior) of mobile development experience, with strong React Native expertise.
- Solid understanding of native app development (iOS/Android) integration points.
- Experience integrating APIs, third‑party services, and local storage solutions.
- Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques.
- Hands‑on experience in mobile CI/CD, deployment automation, and test coverage tools.
