Что предстоит делать
Вакансия: ML/AI Developer. Проект – разработка готовых к продакшн AI, LLM и агентских решений. Начало работы – как можно скорее. Требуется уровень английского C1. Договор до 31 декабря 2029 года с возможностью продления. Полностью удалённая работа в пределах ЕС. Ищем специалиста с минимум 3 годами опыта в создании и поддержке продакшн‑уровневых AI‑приложений на LLM, опытом работы в Agentic Engineering, Tool Calling, RAG, MCP, AWS и CI/CD. Знание AI‑гибернанс, безопасности, мониторинга, Guardrails, Prompt Management и Model Governance будет преимуществом. Что мы ждём от кандидата
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and maintaining production-level AI applications powered by LLMs
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Agentic Engineering, covering the entire process from solution design and implementation to integration, deployment, and ongoing support of AI agents
- 1+ year of experience developing Tool Calling Loops and connecting APIs, backend services, and enterprise software
- Hands‑on expertise in integrating LLM‑driven components with deterministic logic, Context Engineering, and Harness Engineering (minimum 1 year)
- Solid practical knowledge of MCP and enterprise‑level AI integrations
- Background in RAG‑based solutions and LLM application development
- Ability to manage the complete AI development cycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations
- Excellent communication skills when collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- At least 2 relevant project references showcasing experience in stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and data protection practices
- Familiarity with AI monitoring, observability, and evaluation solutions such as Langfuse, Arize, or comparable tools
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems, AI gateways, prompt lifecycle management, and model governance
- Understanding of multi‑agent system design and agent orchestration
- 2+ years of practical RAG experience
- 2+ years of building, designing, or maintaining MCP servers
- Familiarity with AWS and AWS Kiro
- Experience implementing AI guardrails and security controls
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
