IT RECRUITER — REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
Что предстоит делать
We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join our remote team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing the full recruitment cycle for technical specialists such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps/System Administrators, and Business & Data Analysts. You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, conduct initial interviews, arrange technical interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain a candidate pipeline. The position is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $1,200 per month plus bonuses. English proficiency at B2+ level is required for written communication and reading. The ideal candidate has at least one year of IT recruitment experience, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, and a solid understanding of common IT roles and technologies.
