QA Engineer — Telecom Industry. We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer with proven experience in the telecommunications industry to join our quality assurance team. In this role you will design and execute test cases, validate complex telecom system integrations, and ensure our web applications and network‑facing services meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and network engineers to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience testing APIs and telecom protocols, a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and a passion for delivering reliable, carrier‑grade software. Key responsibilities include designing, documenting, and executing comprehensive test cases; performing manual testing across web applications; identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using issue‑tracking tools; collaborating with developers, network engineers, and product managers to define and uphold quality standards; executing regression and end‑to‑end testing scenarios; validating integrations between systems, services, and telecom network components; ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, telecom regulations, and industry requirements; participating in test planning, estimation, and review sessions; and providing clear, actionable feedback to contribute to continuous process improvement. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / software testing; prior experience in the telecommunications industry; strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices; knowledge of REST API and WebSocket services; solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS); familiarity with version control systems (Git); working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and concepts; ability to write clear, detailed test documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports); strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Technical skills: API Testing Tools (Postman, Swagger, or similar); QA / Issue Tracking Tools (GitLab, Jira, or similar); Database Testing (SQL); Web Development Tools (Browser DevOps and related debugging tools). Nice to have: Understanding of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) technologies; hands‑on experience with telecommunications protocols (RADIUS, Diameter); experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, ELK Stack, Splunk); familiarity with telecom standards and regulatory frameworks.
