IT RECRUITER — REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
Что предстоит делать
Remote IT recruiter position with compensation of $1,200 plus bonuses. Work format is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires at least 1 year of IT recruitment experience and a strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and terminology. Responsibilities include discussing open positions with hiring managers, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Habr Career, hh.ru, and other professional communities, using Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques, reviewing CVs, conducting introductory interviews, evaluating motivation and fit, arranging technical interviews, keeping candidates informed, preparing and negotiating offers, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, and tracking market trends and salary expectations. The recruiter must be proficient in English (B2+), possess strong sourcing, headhunting, communication, and negotiation skills, and be able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- At least 1 year of IT recruitment experience
- Experience hiring technical specialists
- Good understanding of common IT roles, technologies and terminology
- Ability to distinguish different seniority levels and understand basic technical requirements
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Confident use of LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously
- English B2+ for written communication and reading
- Proactive approach and responsibility for results
