IT RECRUITER — REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
Что предстоит делать
Remote IT recruiter position with compensation of $1,200 plus bonuses. The role requires 1+ year of IT recruitment experience and a strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and terminology. Responsibilities include discussing open positions with hiring managers, clarifying requirements, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Habr Career, hh.ru, and other professional communities, using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques, reviewing CVs and profiles, conducting introductory interviews, evaluating motivation and communication skills, arranging technical interviews with relevant team members, keeping candidates informed throughout the process, preparing and negotiating offers, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment database, and tracking market trends and salary expectations. The recruiter will work with a variety of technical specialists such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps/System Administrators, Business & Data Analysts, and other technical roles. The position is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday schedule and requires English B2+ proficiency.
