Lead Data Scientist
Что предстоит делать
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive data‑driven decision making and product optimization for our consumer mobile platform. In this role you will lead a cross‑functional data science team, design and implement recommendation, personalization, and ranking systems, and develop advanced machine learning models for advertising monetization and revenue optimization. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business goals into analytical solutions, oversee model deployment using MLOps practices on AWS/GCP/Azure, and stay abreast of emerging technologies such as LLMs and GenAI. The position is hybrid, based in Warsaw or Limassol, and requires strong Python, SQL, and statistical modeling skills, as well as experience with large‑scale behavioral data and mobile advertising ecosystems. Native Russian speaker is required.

- 5+ years of Data Science experience, ideally in consumer mobile products
- Strong background in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or ad analytics
- Experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics
- Experience working with large-scale behavioral datasets
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Data Science teams
- Native Russian speaker
