TechOps SAAS Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive TechOps SAAS specialist who enjoys solving complex issues and uses AI as a daily tool. The role is fully remote (preferably close to GMT+5 – GMT+8 timezone) and focuses on maintaining and improving the reliability of our FinTech SaaS product. You will work closely with customers via Helpdesk and Slack, conduct root‑cause analysis using Grafana and Datadog, build monitoring dashboards and proactive alerts, and write Python scripts for automation and bulk operations. The position requires strong daily experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, hands‑on knowledge of Grafana/Datadog, and a solid understanding of distributed systems. You should have at least 2+ years in TechOps or Technical Support, preferably in FinTech, Forex, or Crypto, and excellent English (C1+).
