We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant to join our remote team on a B2B contract. The role focuses on complex Dynamics 365 implementations, specifically Project Operations, and requires deep functional expertise in project management, resource scheduling, time/expense, budgeting, and forecasting. You will own functional delivery in customer environments, working closely with technical and integration teams to design, configure, test, and implement solutions. The position demands strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, practical integration skills, and the ability to define data flows and dependencies. You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and provide end‑to‑end consulting, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal business processes for our clients. Excellent English communication, analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s‑level education or equivalent are essential. The role is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with a global client base.

- Extensive hands‑on Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementation experience
- 3+ years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Strong knowledge of project management, resource scheduling, time/expense, budgeting and forecasting
- End‑to‑end functional consulting: workshops, requirements, design, configuration, testing and implementation
- Strong practical integration knowledge and ability to define data flows and dependencies
- Senior customer‑facing ownership, analytical skills and excellent English
- Professional GitHub Copilot experience and Bachelor’s‑level education or equivalent
- Strong Dynamics 365 Field Service experience (nice to have)
- Dataverse, PSA and enterprise‑scale implementation experience (nice to have)
- Organizational change and process optimization experience (nice to have)
