Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer
Что предстоит делать
Elinext, an international software development company with 25+ years of experience, is looking for a Senior Backend / Full-Stack Engineer to join the development of a proprietary cloud platform for physical inventory management. The platform will support handheld barcode scanners, offline/online synchronization, real‑time monitoring, web portals, third‑party and ERP integrations, and operational data processing. The candidate will work in a distributed team across Poland, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan, with a hybrid remote/office format depending on location. The role requires strong backend engineering experience, ability to design and evolve production systems, ownership of data reliability, and deep knowledge of SQL, data modeling, transactions, concurrent updates, idempotent operations, APIs, asynchronous processing, system load and failure analysis. Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor is essential. The engineer will also be responsible for testing, production engineering practices, Git, code review, CI/CD, access control, logging, metrics, incident analysis, and delivering end‑to‑end features. - Strong backend engineering experience and ability to work independently
- Experience designing and evolving production systems
- Ability to take ownership of data, reliability, and technical decisions
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Good understanding of transactions, concurrent updates, idempotent operations, APIs, asynchronous processing, system load and failure analysis
- Hands‑on experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
- Ability to formulate tasks, provide context, decompose work, review AI‑generated code, and validate outputs
- Strong testing and production engineering practices

- Ability to work with incomplete requirements and deliver end‑to‑end features
