TechOps SAAS Engineer (Middle+)

We are a fast‑growing FinTech SaaS company looking for a proactive TechOps SAAS Engineer to join our remote team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support and operations for our cloud‑based trading platform. You will be the first line of defense for customer technical issues, handling helpdesk tickets and Slack inquiries, and ensuring SLA compliance. Your day will involve root‑cause analysis using Grafana and Datadog, building and maintaining dashboards and proactive alerts, and writing Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and bulk operations. You will also leverage AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT to accelerate troubleshooting and improve support efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in distributed systems, experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, and a proven track record in TechOps or Technical Support within FinTech, Forex, or Crypto domains. Excellent English (C1+) is required as the team language is English. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in GMT+5 to GMT+8 time zones.
