Что предстоит делать
Senior IT Sales Manager responsible for full-cycle sales of IT outsourcing and custom software development services. Lead generation is handled by the team, so the focus is on working with interested prospects, running discovery calls, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and closing deals. The role requires deep understanding of software development services, especially complex code modernization and language migration, to confidently discuss technical topics with clients and engineers. The manager will collaborate closely with the delivery team throughout the sales process, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and procurement officers. The position is remote and operates on a B2B contract basis, with the candidate required to be physically located and tax-registered anywhere except Russia and Belarus. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
Что мы ждём от кандидата
- 3+ years of experience in selling IT outsourcing or custom software development services.
- Proven track record of navigating complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Procurement) with mid-to-high average contract values.
- Understand how software development projects are delivered and can confidently discuss technical topics with clients and engineers.
- Solid understanding of IT service financial models, including Fixed Price (for discovery/audits) and Time & Materials (T&M).
- Have managed the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Speak English and Russian fluently.
