XMethod – IT development studio serving the DACH region – seeks a Project Manager (German-speaking) to lead presales, manage the full project lifecycle, and maintain client relationships. The role is fully remote and async-friendly, with a focus on web & mobile apps, automation, AI-powered solutions, and UX/UI. Responsibilities include uncovering client needs, translating business problems into technical solutions, estimating scope, presenting proposals, coordinating development, design, and QA teams, and advising on modern tech. The company offers competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to project and presales results. Candidates should have a background in IT project management at a service/agency, strong presales and discovery skills, fluency in German and English, and a middle-level experience with real IT projects and high ownership mindset.
